CSCF President/CEO Pamela Nabors Named Ex-Officio Member of CFHLA Board
Orlando, FL – CareerSource Central Florida President/CEO Pamela Nabors has been elected as an Ex-Officio member to the Central Florida Hotel Lodging Association’s (CFHLA) Board of Directors. Her term runs from January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018, and is renewable on an annual basis.
Ms. Nabors’ appointment affords her a unique opportunity to both serve as the voice of the region’s workforce board to one of the region’s largest industries, and also support the CFHLA Board’s goals this year of focusing on hospitality employment and advancing the tourism industry through hospitality as the world’s largest regional hotel association.
“With continued employment opportunities in Central Florida’s Hospitality Industry, the addition of Pamela Nabors to the CFHLA Board is an important partnership to promote jobs and careers,” said Central Florida Hotel & Lodging Association President and CEO Rich Maladecki.
Pamela Nabors brings over two decades of workforce industry experience to this new role, which will expand the partnership between workforce and tourism that has been building since her return to Central Florida six years ago. As a successful community collaborator, Pam joins nearly 30 other civic, education, government, and industry leaders who serve as Ex-Officio, or advisory, members of the CFHLA Board of Directors.
