Prep Cook

Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking preferred or 6 months experience in a similar capacity. Ability to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen personnel. Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).

Job Responsibilities: Complete opening and closing checklists. Refer to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned duties. Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment. Understands and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures. Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications. Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, walls grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment. Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations. Assists others in closing the kitchen. Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement. Promptly reports equipment and food quality problems to Kitchen Manager. Inform Kitchen Manager immediately of product shortages. Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty.

Work Schedule: Rotating shifts.

Salary: $10.00 per hour.

Overnight Food & Beverage Supervisor

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, some College preferred. One to two years of employment in a related position. Knowledge of food and restaurant services, policies and operations. Ability to read, count, add, subtract, write and record numbers. Ability and skill to perform simple computer data entry. Ability and skill using 10-key adding machine by touch. Accuracy and speed sufficient to process deposits and change orders. Ability to work alone during long periods of time. Ability to repetitively perform proper bending and lifting techniques to handle up to 50 pounds. May require knowledge of computer equipment or other technical devices or broad knowledge in several operational areas. Employer conducts Drug Testing/Screening, Background and Reference Checks.

Job Responsibilities: Supervise the shift’s operations in the restaurant and liaise with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations, compliance with procedures and safety regulations and that an optimal level of quality service is achieved. Supervise the restaurant employees; recommend hiring, schedule, train, resolve problems, provide open communications and recommend discipline as appropriate. Respond to customer needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience. Update the cash register system and compile and prepare various reports to aid in the administration of the restaurant. Supervise the maintenance/sanitation of the restaurant and equipment during the shift to protect the assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service. Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

Work Schedule: 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Salary: $15.00 per hour.

Receives, stores and distributes cleaning supplies as needed. Maintains inventory at the correct levels and keeps accounting system to prevent theft. Changes light bulbs as needed. Makes minor repairs on equipment. Minor electrical and plumbing repairs. Inspection of equipment and machinery on a daily basis. Report to the General Manager the need of any tools for repairing and maintenance.

Work Schedule: Rotating Shifts

Salary: $13.00 per hour.
