Hiring Event: DEO – Employment Security Representative I

Job Requirements: No minimum education required and minimum of 3 months of experience. Must have Call/Contact Center and/or Customer Service experience preferred. Employer conducts Reference Check, Background Check and Drug Testing/Drug Screening.
Job Responsibilities: Professional position providing customer service for reemployment assistance claimants and general information for the public and/or processing initial or additional claims filed online. The incumbent is responsible for several complex programmatic functions performed within the processes of the reemployment assistance program. Process initial, additional, and reopen reemployment assistance claims. Performs specialized work assignments and other related work as required within the units including but not limited to work search audits, eligibility reviews, job service registration, potential issues, rejected weeks, etc.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday .
Salary : $12.70 per hour.
