Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows 10 Employer conducts background check.
Job Responsibilities: Manage employee files and the communications between the employee and employer. Generate weekly payroll, generate invoices. Maintain monthly schedules for employee birthdays and anniversaries. Reconcile general ledger. Maintain general office operational standards.
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.
