Job Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of store operations, as instructed by the Outlet Store Manager. This includes, maximize the sales and profit of their retail location through leadership, sales management, talent management and execution of non-negotiable standards of operation, cost control, and asset protection, promote teamwork among all associates. Build and sustain a work environment staffed with associates who create a consistent customer experience. Report directly to the Store Manager. In the Managers absence reports to Lead Supervisor/Assistant Manager. Interaction with customers and store teams. Interaction with District/Group Manager and Regional Directors. Interaction with corporate personnel as necessary. Strategic Business Planning/Operations. Meet or exceed credit and email goals. Evaluate all reports to execute store action plans to drive key performance indicators (KPI’s) and advance results around talent, operations, merchandising, financial and customer aspects of the business. Set goals and expectations for associates and hold them accountable for their responsibilities and objectives. Develop daily action plans. Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines, hold team accountable and follow up on all activities within the store in order to meet Company standards. Collaborate with Manager and Loss Prevention partner to champion shrink reduction programs and respond to all shrink and safety opportunities. Establish shrink awareness to ensure all Company assets are protected. Execution of all company specific programs, reports and processes, policies and procedures. Communicates in both oral and written communication in order to ensure operations. Process POS transactions. Directly influence talent development through coaching and training. Partner with Store Manager to counsel associates. Assist in the training of store personnel by using the materials provided by the Company. Utilize Company provided tools to manage all aspects of payroll management. Develop, build and maintain ongoing relationships among peers. Execute all corporate Merchandising and Marketing programs to drive sales and profits are executed within store. Assesses store layout and individual inventory levels to merchandise. Assesses and escalates any inventory level discrepancies to Store Manager. Ensures the handling of merchandise functions within the store including markdowns, shipment, sizing and recovery. Personally model customer experience, ensuring the customer always takes priority. Greet and assist all customers. Deliver a consistent customer experience. Upholds a culture that builds internal and external customer experiences. Maintains customer readiness standards and delivers a shop store environment. Builds customer loyalty through coaching and motivating store team to communicate our Programs. Holds self and team accountable to performance standards in order to meet customer and company expectations. Responsibilities include training staff; planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding employees, partner with Store manager to resolve any complaints and problems within the store. Supervise store employees in the absence of the Store Manager.

Work Schedule: Ability to work varying hours and schedules to include nights, weekends and holidays.

Ability to work varying hours and schedules to include days, mid shifts, nights, weekends and holidays. Travel to other stores as requested by management. Must have vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations. Must have hand and arm usage for operating machines such as POS terminals and ticketing machines. Must be able to climb stairs to stockroom (if applicable) to replenish and maintain merchandise. Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry at least 20 pounds. Must have full body rotation and mobility (i.e. bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching). Must be able to reach a minimum of 60 inches to stock and maintain merchandise. Must be able to handle cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuum, broom, mop and duster) to maintain store cleanliness. Must be able to climb a 6 ft. ladder for maintaining and presenting merchandise (if applicable). Required to stand on feet 95% of the day. Job Responsibilities: Provide service to customers on the selling floor resulting in repeat customers and increased sales. Teamwork will be required among all employees. Certain non-selling tasks must also be completed in order to maintain customer service. Attention must be paid to maintaining the environment both inside and outside the store. All tasks are to be performed according to the standards of performance set by the Company. Comply with any directive or request given by the Outlet Store Manager or other authorized manager or supervisor. Reports directly to the Outlet Store Manager. Assist Management to ensure the ongoing protection of Company assets and funds from theft and errors throughout the entire store. Apply and follow all Company policies and procedures. Resolving customer complaints requires the approval of a Supervisor, especially if a deviation from policy is required.
