Job Title: Banquet Set Up Person

Requirements: Must have a minimum of one (1) year of hotel housekeeping experience. Must be able to work and stand for extended periods. Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 20 pound. Must have the ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels. Must have the ability to see details at close range, to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms. Must have communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Employer conducts drug screening and background check.

Job Responsibilities: The responsibilities of the Banquet Set Up / Houseperson position is to set, maintain and refresh hotel banquet meeting rooms according to hotel standards. To ensure cleanliness and organizations done in a timely manner and to assist supervisor during large functions. The Banquet Set Up / Houseperson must ensure that all banquet and meeting rooms are properly set in a timely manner, so that the banquet service staff may prepare for functions. Responsible for timely and safe breakdown of meeting rooms after event completion. Must refresh rooms on time, have water in rooms, clean rooms and set for appropriate functions.

Work Schedule: Full-Time.

Salary Range: $8.50 – $9.00 per hour.

Job Title: Cook

Requirements: Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience as a hotel cook. Must have the ability to work and stand for extended hours. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Must have the ability to multi task. Must be able to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels. Must have the to frequently enter and exit refrigerators and freezers. Communication skills required. Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish. Employer conducts drug screening and background checks.

Job Responsibilities: The Cook is expected to prepare skilled, food for guests based on established guidelines, keep work area clean and organized and conduct his or her self in a positive professional manner. The Cook is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of food items for all outlets and for maintaining a level of professionalism in the kitchen. Follow food safe procedures at all times.

Work Schedule: Full-Time.

Salary Range: $10.00 – $13.00 per hour.

Job Title: Dishwashers

Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish. Employer conducts drug screening and background checks.

Job Responsibilities: The responsibilities of the Dishwasher / Steward is to operate all dish washing equipment to sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, pots, pans, glass, cutlery, etc. The Dishwasher / Steward is accountable for maintaining standard of sanitation of all kitchen equipment, and for keeping breakage to a minimum.

Work Schedule: Full-Time.

Salary Range: $8.25 – $9.00 per hour.

Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Job Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of the Room Attendant is to maintain clean and attractive guest rooms while following hotel standards and safety/security procedures. The Room Attendant is responsible for the timely and proper cleaning of guest rooms on a daily basis.

Salary: $8.50 – $9.00 per hour.
