Job Responsibilities: Responsible for providing technical support for HVAC inquiries that includes troubleshooting member issues and scheduling HVAC service and/or sales calls as appropriate. Also responsible for handling inbound appointment setting calls for other Home Improvement products including scheduling sales appointments. Interacts with other home improvement departments as well as the entire organization to ensure proper handling of members. Responsible for interacting with members to answer inquiries, provide product support, and assist with scheduling appointments for repair service and Home Improvement estimates. Other duties may be assigned.

Work Schedule: To be discussed with employer.

Salary: $12.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for making outbound phone calls to follow up on all in-home sales appointments to ensure that sears quality standards are being maintained. Gather specific information regarding reasoning behind not purchasing or the canceling of orders. Resell the prospect utilizing a non-advertised product line. Overcome any objections and answer all customer questions. Schedule specific appointment with the prospect ensuring that all decision makers will be available for attempts to recover sales opportunities. Other duties may be assigned.

Salary: $11.00 per hour.

Job Title: Appointment Specialist

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience. Employer conducts drug screening, background and reference checks.

Job Responsibilities: Makes all calls with the mindset that they are in part responsible for the customer s first impression of the company, selling the appointment to maximize lead to appointment. Schedules appointments for assigned office allowing sufficient time between appointments for the sales presentation and travel times. Other duties may be assigned.
