Description: Perform service requests to the satisfaction of residents, including a/c, plumbing, electrical, appliance, etc. repairs. Description: Paints stairwells, sidewalk and pool deck repair, power washes buildings and parking lots. Perform door to door trash pickup (if applicable). Keeps grounds free of trash. Cleans pools and/or pool area, maintains proper level of chemicals/daily chemical logs maintained. Transports trash and waste to disposal area. Waters landscaping as needed. Job Title:Service Technician

Description: Assist in preparation of market ready unit and monitor the condition of move-ins for the week. Check units just prior to move-in for final condition. Routine work orders must be responded to within twenty-four (24) hours and completed within the same time frame, if at all possible. Maintenance of swimming pool, amenity areas, spas, and fountains. Vacuum backwash, etc., Maintaining proper chemicals and water levels, daily logs maintained, maintaining pool furniture, cleanliness of pool area, maintenance and repair of deck and entire pool area. maintenance, daily cleaning, and repair of common areas (to include sweeping, washing, and general cleaning), halls or breezeways and around buildings, clubhouse, offices, picnic areas, tennis courts, models, parking lots.

Job Title:Residential Manager/Resident Director

Description: Supervise the leasing office, as well as provide training to the leasing staff as to the proper method of showing apartments, handling telephone calls, and recording traffic. Lease and show apartments as needed. Aid in the design of the 90 day marketing plan. Promote and implement same with the idea of reaching the leasing and occupancy goals outlined in the plan. Responsible for the writing and placement of ads, flyers and promotional material. Direct the leasing effort to generate new business from other apartment communities and businesses.
Direct the leasing staff to achieve the goals of the property. Responsible for follow up of leasing consultant unit inspections, thank you notes and follow up phone calls. Supervise and direct leasing staff to mail outreach material.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm.

Salary: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year.
