Job Responsibilities: Prepares linens for cleaning by sorting linens. Cleans linens by operating laundry equipment; adding cleaners and bleaches; setting and adjusting controls. Irons linens by operating ironing equipment. Stacks linens by folding items. Documents inventory by completing logs. Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; calling for repairs. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures for operating equipment. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Accomplishes laundry and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Title: Housekeeper

Requirements: Must have knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods, operating cleaning equipment, ability to reach, kneel and bend, lift, push and pull required load (usually about 30lbs), provide evidence of legal eligibility to work in the US. (SSN, Working Permit, etc.), be able to work all hours including evenings, weekends and work rotating shifts if necessary, have communication skills, and be able to work without supervision. Employer conducts reference checks.
Job Responsibilities: Sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors. Vacuum clean carpets, rugs and draperies. Dust and polish furniture and fittings. Clean metal fixtures and fittings. Empty and clean trash containers. Dispose of trash in a sanitary manner. Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers. Wipe down glass surfaces. Make up beds and change linens as required. Wash windows as scheduled. Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements. Clean corridors, lobbies, stairways, elevators and lounges as well as guest rooms. Organize work schedule from the room status list, arrivals and departures. Restock room supplies such as drinking glasses, soaps, shampoos, writing supplies, mini bar. Replace dirty linens with clean items. Inspect and turn mattresses regularly. Store all dirty laundry in line with company policy. Check all appliances in rooms are in working order. Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout. Organize and restock cart at the end of the shift. Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms. Follow all company safety and security procedures. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Observe and report damage of hotel property.

Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Team Lead

Requirements Must be able to have hours including evening’s, weekends and work rotating shifts if necessary, read written work orders and follow them with accuracy and in close detail also be able to write orders to employee, and have communication skills and be able to speak, work without supervision. Employer conducts drug screening, background, reference and motor vehicle record checks.
Job Responsibilities: Responsible to see that each employee has signed in for work, in complete uniform, ready to work in their area by designate time, out in time. (Express-Time). To insure proper cleaning procedure are being followed. To keep mobiles / vehicles in or above company standards. Send back employee to re-do their work if not done properly and recheck work that is done again. Clean or correct the problem areas personally if necessary. To keep track of equipment upkeep and make sure that company vehicles are in clean at all times. To assist in and help with training of new hires. To control the usage of cleaning chemicals, insure the proper chemicals are used for the job, keep adequate supply in storage assigned area and to alert Division Manager if chemicals or supplies in your main storage area are getting low. Also collect all rags left behind and return them to (warehouse) assigned area for laundry. To try and settle any problems between employees, or for any rule or policy broken in the company handbook. To report accident immediately, bodily or otherwise. To collect mobiles / vehicle keys and not let them go home with employee and to insure that all keys are accounted for and returned to their proper place, to also make sure that all equipment and supplies have been put away. To see that all verbal and/or written orders are completed on time and with quality control, to review e-mail daily for any comments or requests left and to see that these are corrected and or addressed. To either assist with or do employee evaluations. To document any absenteeism, tardiness and violations of company policies. To ensure that upon leaving the locations, all mobiles / vehicles areas locked and secured.
