Hiring Event: REV Group (Wheeled Coach) – Electrical Installer, Welder, Auto Painter, Quality Control Inspector, Cabinet Maker, Sheet Metal Mechanic

Job Title: Electrical Installer

Requirements: No Minimum Education Requirement and 2 years of troubleshooting experience. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Employer will conduct drug test/screening and background check.

Job Responsibilities: Assemble harnesses, cables, switch panels, circuit boards, and a variety of different electrical components. Troubleshoot both 12 V DC and 110V AC circuitry. Troubleshoot all systems.
Repair defects. Report repetitive quality issues. Be able to use hand and air tools as required.
Must be able to differentiate between color shades. Meet all QA and QC standards for each assembly task per. Ensure parts are assembled per instructions for proper appearance and function.
Assist in training auto electricians of all skill levels. Be compliant with all the rules of conduct and attendance per the company handbook. Other duties and responsibilities as required.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week. Monday thru Thursday 6am – 4:30pm

Salary: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour.

Job Title: Welder

Job Requirements: No minimum education requirement and minimum of six to twelve months of experience required. Must be able to lift up to forty pounds. Welding of mild steel and aluminum where required. Employer will conduct drug test/screening and background check.

Job Responsibilities: Must read blueprints and perform shop math to layout, fabricate and weld various parts and assemblies.
Must be able to weld all types of metals, set and maintain welding machine (tip, liner changes, etc.) and weld vertical, horizontal and overhead. Perform all Mig and Stick welding procedures (all positions), including machine settings, bottles and necessary fittings. Grind and clean area where required.
Ability to use grinder, sander, rivet guns, saws and other air tools. Inspect welds for cracks, burn through and weld spatter.
Have knowledge of all welding and assembler operations in the work center. Must be able to perform all Welder “A” and Welder “B” functions. Play a key role in training welders at all levels.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week. Monday thru Thursday 6am – 4:30pm

Salary Range: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour.

Job Title: Auto Painter

Job Requirements: No minimum education requirement and no experience needed. Vehicle painting experience preferred but not required. Must be able to forty pounds. Employer will conduct drug test/screening and background check.

Job Responsibilities: Understand and carry out verbal and written directions in English and function with a minimal amount of supervision or no supervision. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those in contact on a day to day basis. Meet minimum standards of safety per assigned department.
Mix coatings with thinner and catalyst to correct mixture, using color mixture equipment.
Apply coatings with all types of spray equipment to meet coverage and gloss standards. Be able to correct errors in application of all types of coatings. Paint the parts and understand the acceptable quality of finish.
Clean and inspect parts prior to painting. Be able to mix and spray all products used.
Maintain spray equipment to meet operational standards, but not including repair of equipment.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week. Monday thru Thursday 6am – 4:30pm

Follow all procedures, work instructions and documentation requirements – accurately and completely. Partner with production on achieving quality at the source and root cause corrective action. Achieve and sustain 6S principles in assigned area. Record and audit required information on Critical Process Sheet and Major Component Sheet. Perform critical process audits. Carry out other duties and responsibilities as required.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layout and other written or verbal instructions presented in English, Ability to read and use linear and other measuring devices, Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards, Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization, Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools, Ability to laminate cabinets and panels as needed, Familiar with the safe operation of various tools: including but not limited to drills, screw gun, table saw, band saw and routers, Ability to use basic mathematics, Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds without assistance, Ability to work from various squatting, kneeling, bending positions, work arms above head, work from step stool, and ability to stand at a workstation for ten hours a day (minus specified breaks.) Must have general knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards, To be trained in Hazardous Materials Handling Operations with an annual refresher course, Hazardous waste training shall be provided to employee within six months of the date the employee filled this position and a review of this training provided every 12 months thereafter.
