Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma and minimum of 36 months of Automotive Business Development Center experience. Must have call center experience in a sales or service appointment setting environment. Must have communication skills and ability to deliver information to customers over the phone. Employer conducts drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities: Handles all inbound sales and service inquiries for 8 dealership locations. Must handle 36,000 inbound phone calls (only service). Will be expanding the responsibilities to manage outbound customer sales and service loyalty initiatives.

Work Schedule: To be discussed with employer.

Salary: $12.00 per hour.

Digital Sales Associates

Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma and no experience necessary. Must have a valid drivers license. Must be able to sit for longer periods of time; walk and stand throughout the shift; work in varying temperatures. Employer will conduct Drug Testing/ Drug Screening, Motor Vehicle Record Check and Background Check.

Responsibilities: Must work in a team structure to handle all phone and web leads for the store assigned. They will communicate with the customer initially by phone, set an appointment for the customer to come to the store and handle the sales process once the customer arrives.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.

Salary: $12.00-16.00 per hour.

Retail Product Specialist

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of 3 months experience customer service skills and sales experience is a plus. Must have communications and organizational skills. Ability to work with computers and office machines. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to sell in a non-negotiation environment. Must have a valid Class E driver’s license. Employer conducts Drug Screening/ Drug Testing , Background and Motor Vehicle Record Checks.

Job Responsibilities: Providing customer service to internal and external customers at all times. Promoting an understanding of, and strong commitment to client satisfaction. Maintaining comprehensive and up to date knowledge of products and service offered for sale. Applying selling techniques; complying with all company, DMV, state and federal requirements. Establishing daily, weekly and monthly prospecting and sales goals, prioritizing and organizing work for productive results, and utilizing time effectively. Maintaining a number of qualified prospects to meet sales standards and personal performance objectives. Promptly qualifying buyers through identification of needs, interests and motivations. Presenting, demonstrating, and explaining features and benefits of appropriate vehicle and after market products and services. Closing sales to attain optimal gross profit and following-up after sales to assure client satisfaction and opportunity for additional sales.

Work Schedule: To be discussed with employer.

Salary: $14.00 per hour.
