Job Responsibilities: Prep Cook prepares menu items; meets the company standards of quality, safety, sanitation, service, cleanliness, and hospitality in servicing guests. Prepare all foods according to recipes. Use the “Clean as you go” method of kitchen operation. Meet the federal, state, and local standards of food handling. Use and maintain kitchen equipment following management and manufacturer’s directions. Clean, scrape, scrub, and wipe utensils, appliances, tables.

Required to stand and move about the restaurant for long periods; load, lift, carry and unload server’s tray weighing a maximum of 25 pounds; carry, lift stock items, incidental to performing server duties. Job Responsibilities: The server perform guest service in the dining room by making sure that all dining room guests are seated, that all guests receive prompt attention, have their orders prepared and served, and that tables are cleaned and ready for the next guests. The server serves guests by offering them assistance in ordering, this is done by having knowledge of all menu items and how these are served

Arrive as scheduled and clock in. Report to manager. Review any items of interest prior to shift; Check restrooms periodically through out the shift and restock.
