Job Description: The GuideWell Connect Sales Agent works with customers over the phone to find what health insurance product they want match the products to their needs and complete the application for insurance. The agent creates solutions for the customer and ensures a smooth sales process. Sales agents follow up with the customer to close the sale and drive referrals from their customer base. The agent will handle primarily inbound calls with the overarching goal of enrolling the customer into a health plan.
Job Requirements: : High School Diploma or Equivalent, 1 Year of experience, Bilingual to include English and Spanish preferred, Sales aptitude, Licensed (2-15 or 2-40) insurance agents are a plus. If you do not have your 2-15 or 2-40 License we will put you through the pre-License training to obtain the license. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including well developed interpersonal skills. Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience using computers and navigating among multiple systems and screens. Drug Testing/Screening, Reference Check, and Background Check required.
Salary: License Agents (with 2-15 or 2-40)- $14.00-$16.00 per hour + monthly bonus. Non License Agents $8.10 per hour while in the process of becoming licensed (2-3 weeks). After license is obtained – $12.00-$14.00 hourly + monthly bonus
