Job Responsibilities: In this position you would meet and greet incoming customer truck drivers at our fuel island.  The duties may consist of vehicle inspections, fueling and washing of vehicles, pick-up and delivery of vehicles and parts, tire changes, daily rental check in/out, parts pricing and stocking and facility maintenance.

Job Title: Diesel Mechanic Technician I

Job Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have 6 years experience with tractor trailer maintenance. Must have a driver’s license.  Current CDL license with air brake certification preferred or willingness to acquire one. The associate must regularly lift and /or move up to 25/lbs12kg, frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs/ 23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg. Must specialize in repairing and diagnostic/troubleshooting of major components such as engine, transmissions and differentials, to include replacing complete assemblies, turbochargers, fuel system components etc. OEM training courses, ASE Certification, and 608/609 certifications preferred. Employer conducts drug screening, reference check, background check and motor vehicle record check.

Job Description:   Perform all levels of preventive maintenance services on truck and trailer equipment. Identify warrantable repairs and document on repair order. Maintain work area appearance and safety.  Road test vehicles when necessary to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure that they are working properly. Perform duties with little or no supervision and in a timely and efficient manner. Specialize in repairing and troubleshooting of major components such as engine, transmissions and differentials, to include replacing complete assemblies, turbochargers, fuel system components etc. Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Work Schedule: Full time.

Salary Range: $24.74 per hour.


Job Title: Diesel Mechanic Technician II

Requirements: Must have 2- 4 years of practical experience with tractor trailer maintenance, a High school diploma or equivalent, vocational or Technical certification, knowledge in the use of hand tools, a Class E driver’s license, possess a CDL or have the ability to obtain a CDL license, computer skills for data entry into maintenance systems, and ability to travel within district (close geographical area), work the required schedule, and work at the specific location. Employer conducts drug screening and background checks.

Job Responsibilities:

Penske Technician II will generally assist in the repair and diagnosis of major components or remove/replace major components of various truck and trailer equipment at the direction of Lead Technician or Maintenance Supervisor. Expectations include the ability to diagnose and repair the following with little or no supervision: Clutches, PTO Systems, Electric Systems, Hydraulic/ Air Brake systems, Heating/ Air Conditioning Systems, Instruments and Gauges, and Preventive Maintenance Service.

Salary: $21.22 per hour.


Job Title: Diesel Mechanic Technician III

Requirements: Must have 1-2 years of automotive or diesel experience, a High school diploma or equivalent, vocational or Technical certification, knowledge in the use of hand tools, a Class E driver’s license, possess a CDL or have the ability to obtain a CDL license, computer skills for data entry into maintenance systems, and ability to travel within district (close geographical area), work the required schedule, and work at the specific location. Employer conducts drug screening and background checks.

Job Responsibilities: Perform minor component repair and all aspects of preventative maintenance on the newest and best maintained fleet of power, refrigerated and non-powered equipment in the industry.

Salary: $17.00 – $17.50 per hour.
