Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and one month of experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and navigating multiple windows and window tabs. Employer conducts reference check.
Job Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from potential patients and schedule them for a hearing examination appointment. Listen to customer needs and concerns, use scheduling system to assist team members in acquiring appointment times while you are currently speaking with a patient.
Precise data input- input of information pertaining to client file and appointment times.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5pm, other shifts available.
