Job Title: Food Service Manager

Requirements: HS Diploma or the Equivalent preferred. One year’s experience in volume cookery with experience in food preparation techniques, as well as sanitation and safety procedures required. Must be able to read and use Math at a level sufficient to prepare food from recipes/ instructions. Based on state contractual requirements, ability to obtain ServSafe certification may be required as a condition of continued employment. Must be able to lift/ move up to 50 pounds while stocking shelves and pulling food for preparation. Class E driver’s license required. Employer will conduct a background check and drug screening.

Job Responsibilities: Review Menu and check production sheet for possible substitutions or preparation needed. Cook as required any soups, meat, or alternate entrée items, vegetables, desserts or other items. Set up pass-through windows as necessary. Put away and date any leftover food as necessary to assure health and safety standards are met. Wash cooking utensils including pots and pans as necessary. “Clean as you go” to prevent accidents and for a tidy appearance. Clean up after each operation before starting another procedure. Keep work are clean. Participate in training and development activities as required. Other duties as assigned or needed.

Work Schedule: To be discussed with the Employer.

Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 per hour.

Job Title: Physical Plant Manager

Requirements: HS Diploma or the Equivalent required with 3 years’ experience directly related to the essential functions of this position. Prior management experience highly desired. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Ability to lift 50-75 pounds. Class E driver’s license required. Employer will conduct a background check and drug screening.

Job Responsibilities: Manage building services including maintenance, upkeep of the building, grounds and parking areas, renovation/ remodeling projects and coordination of all safety and security activities and requirements. Perform building inspections and take proactive steps to ensure a safe, efficient and presentable work environment. Oversees safety and security issues including, but not limited to, fire, burglary or building closures. Responsible for close circuit monitoring and access cards. Assist program managers in the identification of maintenance issues, track routine maintenance and coordinate repairs. Other duties as assigned or needed.

Job Title: Recreation Therapist

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related major required. 1 year experience in recreational/ play therapy preferred. Experience in youth and adolescent recreational therapy preferred. Records management and Medicaid processed preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Class E driver’s license required. Job Responsibilities: Plans organizes and coordinates recreation activities, functional leisure skills, and leisure education. Interviews the person served to assess capabilities/ interests/ barriers. Monitor progress and recommends changes modifications to program as required. Consult with clinicians/ physicians and other members of the rehabilitation team regarding therapeutic recreation goals for program referrals. Design and use various instructional strategies, innovations, and activities that are research based, reflective of best practice, and compatible with the total program effort. Provide treatment progress and status documentation in accordance with the Plan of Treatment. Other duties as assigned or needed.

Job Title: Therapist

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation, Special Education or in a related Human Services field required. 2 years’ experience working with children with serious emotional disturbance or substance abuse problems. If Master’s Degree in appropriate field, the experience requirement is preferred, but not required. Experience working with group work techniques a plus. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Class E driver’s license required. Employer will conduct a background check and drug screening.

Job Responsibilities: Provide individual, group, and family therapy. Document the clinical course of treatment, weekly progress notes, master treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, and aftercare / transition plans. Develop youth behavioral health discharge plan and aftercare plan. Assess the dynamics and functioning level of each family in case load and then formulate and implement intervention plan(s). Participate in daily group site routines and activities with youth and counselors. Report any acts, incidents or conditions that reflect the possibility of inappropriate youth-to-youth or staff-to-youth relationships. Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Job Title: Transporter

Requirements: HS Diploma or the Equivalent required. Prior work related driving experience required. Two years’ experience in vehicle maintenance preferred. Basic computer skills necessary. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Class E driver’s license required. Employer will conduct a background check and drug screening.

Job Responsibilities: Assist in development and maintenance of efficient pick-up and delivery route schedules. Operate van and other vehicles to ensure youth attendance at program or for program activities. Transport youth at other times as needed. Maintain, inspect, clean and perform vehicle operator-level maintenance to assigned vehicles in accordance with YOI Policy and program guidelines. Complete the vehicle safety checklist before and after each use. Ensure vehicle is road-worthy, and report unsafe vehicle issues to program staff immediately. As assigned, supervise youth at facility or in the community; document behavior issues. Report any acts, incidents or conditions that reflect the possibility of inappropriate youth-to-youth or staff-to-youth relationships. Other duties as assigned or needed.

Job Responsibilities: Supervise the activities of a group of youths, maintaining knowledge of the whereabouts of all group members. Represent each youth’s problems, needs, and accomplishments to the treatment team, or provides progress reports to the counselor representative on the treatment team. Assist classroom teachers in the delivery of subject matter and transfer of class content and study practices to the living units. Document daily shift occurrences and frequent population counts as required by local and corporate policy. Other duties as assigned or needed.
