Prepare supplementary food & beverage analysis verifying posting categorically. Run end of day computer update programs. Assist in locating accommodations for guests when resort accommodations are not available. Assist in training new Night Auditors as needs Ensure efficient and complete guest registration, serving and check-out procedures. Select room assignments, ensure credit is obtained and collect payment upon departure.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities: To complete all work assignment request in a professional and timely manner. To always display a positive attitude towards both guests and co-workers. Smile and greet all guests and co-workers whenever you come in contact with them. Always have the proper tools on-hand when making repairs and maintain all safety precautions when performing any work assignments. Maintain the property to always look professional and free from any deficiencies including but not limited to painting, light fixtures and bulb replacement, floor and seating coverings, physical appearance of all assets kept crisp and up-to-date and all grounds and vehicles. To maintain the physical assets in an effort to meet our standards of operations and to ensure the longevity of the asset and mechanicals of the property. To always be in the proper clean uniform and name tag at all times. To perform the “Preventative Maintenance Program” (PMP) in any unit requested to ensure that all units are in satisfactory condition. To ensure that any and all units that you have PM are properly logged in the PMP log. To assist to ensure the level of quality with respect to the structures physical and operational requirements. Follow all key control system policies for the department that protects the security of each respective area. Always exemplify the importance of safety to prevent on the job injuries and guests incidents. Abide by the posted employee schedule as it pertains to your schedule and follow the employee handbook on any special request or deviations. Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Responsibilities: The Bell Staff is responsible for assuring service to all guests. Assist guests with arrivals and departures and to assure proper handling of guest’s luggage. When not assisting guests you must report to your post position and maintain it in a at ease position. Guests must all be greeted in a hospitable manner upon coming in contract with them. Tags and claims guests’ luggage. Escorts guests to assigned rooms.
