Job Title: Front Desk MOD

Requirements:  Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum 1 year of previous Front Desk MOD experience. Must have written and oral communication, customer service, critical thinking, and computer skills; proficient with IQ Ware PMS system.  Employer conducts drug screening, and background checks.

Job Responsibilities:   Will oversee the resort operations and provide leadership and direction while maximizing revenue opportunities and maintaining guest satisfaction levels to the standard of the organization. Will control and analyze departmental costs to ensure performance is within budget, perform all aspects of personnel and training functions including hiring, performance appraisals, counseling, coaching, training, and disciplinary action; attend daily briefings and other management meetings as scheduled; participate in MOD program as scheduled.  Duties will include greet and register customers, answer inquiries pertaining to organizational policies and services, resolve customer complaints, investigate all incidents, prepare required paperwork pertaining to departmental functions, handle cash and credit transactions.   All other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule: To be discussed with the employer.

Salary: $11 to $13 per hour based on experience.


 

Job Title: Inbound Sales Representative

Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma or GED, minimum 1 year of sales experience.  Must have computer, customer service, problem solving, time management, analytical, and communication skills, be detail oriented.  Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.  Employer has a dress code. Employer conducts drug test, and background checks.

Job Responsibilities:  Will handle incoming sales calls and admin overflow calls to sell rooms/vacation packages and holiday extras using selling techniques, generate revenue in the department and meet maximum conversion and performance standards, respond to guest inquiries, create and maintain reservation records and process cancellations and modifications, promote stay again rates for future vacations, document transactions by completing forms and record logs, maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data, review each reservation and enter appropriate confirmation number, make sure rates and room types are correct.   Other duties as assigned.
 
Work Schedule: To be discussed with employer.

Salary: $13.00 per hour first 90 days then $10 per hour plus commission.


Job Title: Pool Attendant

Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma or GED, minimum 1 year experience. Must have customer service, and communication skills, the ability to communicate in English to communicate with staff and customers. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Employer conducts drug test, and background checks.

Job Responsibilities: Will provide service to guests at the pool. Greet guests at the pool area, provide pool towels, escort guests and position chairs, set up, refresh, and tear down chairs, maintain the cleanliness of the pool area, follow all pool safety standards. Other duties as assigned.

Salary: $9.00 per hour.


Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Requirements:  Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum (1) one years of Hotel, Resort, or Facility Maintenance experience.  Must have customer service experience and knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, and technology.  Must have knowledge of basic hand/power tool operation.  Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.  Employer conducts drug screening, and background checks.
Job Responsibilities:   Will be responsible for the general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, common areas, and respond to guest concerns.  Will perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchen, and laundry equipment; performs and monitors maintenance and preventative maintenance projects, answer departmental telephone, communicate by radio, prepare work and submit work orders, document information daily.  All other duties as assigned.

Salary: $12.00 per hour.
