The computer system keeps failing/giving me errors. What do I do?

There are a lot of people trying to access the system at the same time. You have 10 days to complete the orientation and the assessment. Then you have 30 days to complete the Job Search Training modules and attend a community partner site to see a CareerSource Central Florida team member. If you can, try to access the system at different times of the day, including early mornings and/or late evenings.

What do I do if I don’t have access to a computer or do not know how to use a computer?

You can go to your closest CareerSource Central Florida location, which can be accessed by calling 1-800-757-4598. There you will be able to use the computers in our Resource Rooms (on a first-come, first-served basis) to complete your on-line activities.
