City Career Accelerator Program

We’ve joined forces with the City of Altamonte Springs to launch the City Career Accelerator! This innovative, hands-on program is designed to empower job seekers, career changers and students with the skills and experience they need to thrive in today’s job market.

This 8-week training is a unique chance to work alongside city professionals, build valuable skills, and discover exciting new career possibilities in the public sector. Gain real-work experience through on-the-job training across key city departments like public works, recreation, accounting and administration.

Semiconductor & Robotics Careers

JPMorganChase has awarded us a grant to fuel job training in Central Florida’s semiconductor industry. Semiconductors are the brains behind the electronic devices we use every day and industry advancements fuel innovation in modern technology.

Opportunities are available to develop your skills for a career in this rapidly growing industry. Get trained to become a Semiconductor Process Technician, Manufacturing Technician, Quality Control Technician, Automation Technician, or Robotics Design Assistant.

Our partnership and the collective efforts of the National Science Foundation’s Central Florida Semiconductor Innovation Engine support national efforts to increase the production of microelectronics in the U.S.

Hope Florida Initiative

Hope Florida serves as a connection point for community collaboration to create a pathway for Floridians to achieve economic self-sufficiency. Hope Navigators are experts who work hand-in-hand with individuals to identify their unique barriers to prosperity and engage all sectors of the community to be a crucial part of the solution.

As part of Hope Florida, CSCF assists with career support through one-on-one coaching, resume assistance, skills development, internships, job training, and more. We also have connections to community partners for housing assistance or other resources.
