Earlier this year, we recently relocated our Lake-Sumter Career Center to the campus of Lake-Sumter State College – our first ever college-based career center. This move allowed us to be more accessible to individuals at the beginning of their career journeys and centrally located for local businesses looking for qualified talent.
We’ll follow this same model for our Osceola Career Center by relocating on the campus Valencia College in Kissimmee. We’re thrilled to be closer to students and continue to strengthen our collaboration with Valencia College. This new location is scheduled to open for customers this December.
As for our West Career Center, the West Oaks Mall will soon be its new home in the spring. For this new center, we’re currently in the preliminary stage of designing the space. Next step is to secure permits and then begin construction. Stay tuned for more info!
