We have a variety of career opportunities from working directly with our customers and businesses, but also within the areas of finance, human resources, information technology, business intelligence, and communications.
We help residents throughout the five-county Central Florida region (Orange, Osceola, Lake, Sumter, Seminole) – at no cost to them — find, secure interviews and ace higher-wage jobs, or even help get certifications or special training for a dream job in a new industry.
We also help local businesses – at no cost to them — find and develop great talent for their workforce needs. Our Business Consultants serve as an extension to their HR team, helping recruit, train and develop talented workers.
We are able to offer these resources through funding from federal and state grants, and other resources.
