Central Florida Education Industry Consortium

Mission: Align educational programming with industry needs at the local level.

Focus: Create connections between education with industry to respond to the economic growth and meet the demands of the future workforce.

How: Identify and create strategies to address workforce needs. The Consortium will inform strategic efforts that support Central Florida’s educational organizations, businesses, and workers. Consortium members are appointed by CSCF’s board chair and meet quarterly to share ideas, strategies, and collaborative opportunities.

 

Central Florida Education Industry Consortium & Work Groups

The Consortium is supported by two working groups made up of education and industry leaders in Central Florida. Each working group focuses on a specific area of talent development for the region and identifies recommendations to address talent preparation gaps and resources. * This group meets the requirements set forth in SB 240. CSCF board members cannot participate. Education industry consortium members were appointed by the board chair in April 2024.
