The Executive Committee will meet on September 13, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss matters related to CareerSource Central Florida. At 10:10 a.m. the Executive Committee will meet in a private attorney-client session as permitted by Section 286.011(8), Fla. Stat. for 20 minutes to discuss pending litigation to which CareerSource Central Florida is presently a party. The names of the persons who will attend the private attorney-client session are Pamela Nabors, CEO of CareerSource Central Florida; Tom Wilkes, General Legal Counsel to CareerSource Central Florida; Kevin Shaughnessy, Special Legal Counsel to CareerSource Central Florida; Executive Committee Members: Jody Wood, Andrew Albu, Jeff Hayward, Eric Jackson, Sheri Olson, David Sprinkle, Richard Sweat, Eric Ushkowitz, Matt Walton; and a certified court reporter. All portions of the Executive Committee meeting other than the private attorney-client session portion are open to the public.
