Hope Florida Initiative

Hope Florida serves as a connection point for community collaboration to create a pathway for Floridians to achieve economic self-sufficiency. Hope Navigators are experts who work hand-in-hand with individuals to identify their unique barriers to prosperity and engage all sectors of the community to be a crucial part of the solution.

As part of Hope Florida, CSCF assists with career support through one-on-one coaching, resume assistance, skills development, internships, job training, and more. We also have connections to community partners for housing assistance or other resources.

City Career Accelerator Program

We’ve joined forces with the City of Altamonte Springs to launch the City Career Accelerator! This innovative, hands-on program is designed to empower job seekers, career changers and students with the skills and experience they need to thrive in today’s job market.
