Muhammad joins CSCF with a passion to serve the region with his diverse skill set and leadership
ORLANDO, Fla. (May 26, 2023) – CareerSource Central Florida (CSCF), Florida’s second largest regional workforce board, today announced Tadar Muhammad as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Tadar will put a focus on furthering the organization’s mission to develop local talent across the region’s high-demand industries for the economic prosperity of Central Florida businesses and residents alike.

As Chief Operating Officer, Tadar will play a pivotal role in assisting and driving the organizational mission, business innovation, and strategic initiatives to help grow CSCF and serve its five-county region. “I am honored to join a mission-driven organization dedicated to elevating businesses and residents in our local community,” said Tadar Muhammad, Chief Operating Officer of CareerSource Central Florida. “I look forward to working alongside the senior leadership team to drive the organization’s mission forward.”
Muhammad joins the organization with great enthusiasm and decades of experience in organizational leadership, strategic partnerships, corporate social responsibility, and workforce development. Most recently, he served as the Chief Development Officer at the Heart of Florida United Way. Prior to that, he spent nearly two decades at the Home Builders Institute, where he made significant contributions to business development and boosting organizational efficiency. Muhammad is also an Adjunct Professor at Valencia College, where he teaches life skills courses, furthering his commitment to education and professional development. He is an Executive MBA graduate from Rollins College – Crummer Graduate School of Business.
