Community connections are essential to finding new opportunities and building long-lasting relationships that count, especially for Daniel. Daniel was referred to CareerSource Central Florida (CSCF) by a friend who had completed Robotics Technician Training through the CSCF Level Up Orange Program. Inspired by his friend’s success, Daniel decided to pursue a new career he loved.
After connecting with CSCF, the Level Up Orange team introduced Daniel to Career Edge, a learning platform for skills assessments and job search opportunities. They also gave him the guidance he needed on his career exploration journey. Utilizing these resources, Daniel enrolled in a Welding Technology Training course. CSCF’s dedicated Level Up Orange Team provided the necessary financial assistance, and connected him with valuable networks and opportunities.
Thanks to his connections at CSCF and within the training course, Daniel completed his program and is on track to find a career in the welding field. Daniel’s story highlights the importance of community support and accessible resources in achieving career goals.
