Struggling with a lack of education and necessary certifications, Dionne felt stuck in her career aspirations. Her breakthrough came when she received an email from CSCF detailing educational opportunities available through the Level Up Orange Program.
With newfound hope, Dionne enrolled in the program and was immediately embraced by a welcoming team dedicated to her success. Through CSCF’s support, Dionne achieved significant milestones, earning certificates in Web Development and Computer Programming from Valencia College. The consistent communication and encouragement from her Career Consultant gave her with the confidence and direction she needed.
Dionne is now excited about continuing her educational journey by pursuing an A.S. in Computer Programming and Analysis at Valencia College, building on the credits she has already earned. Dionne is well on her way to achieving her long-term career goals, with a clear path forward and renewed enthusiasm for her professional development. Dionne’s achievements have been transformative by enhancing her professional credentials and boosting her self-esteem. “These achievements have not only boosted my confidence but also opened doors for further education,” said Dionne.
