On Monday, we began All-Stars Week with a look into “High Satisfaction & Loyalty from Customers”, we learned the importance of developing a deep understanding of what actually matters to our customers, therefore, creating customer loyalty. Tuesday’s discussion was centered around what it means to be a true talent solution consultant and all centers facilitated dialogue around their personal experiences with building relationships and what great customer service means to them. The outcome – to create buy-in to what it means to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.
On Wednesday, we focused on making “CareerSourcers” a verb to ensure staff knows what it means to be a brand champion and truly believe in being a CareerSourcer. On Thursday, we focused our attention on value creation through relationships and had everyone take a Brain Dominance/Communication Style Assessment. Upon receiving results of the assessment, we were able to emphasize the importance of maintaining strong relationships through the customer’s journey, but it all begins with getting to know ourselves and our customers better.
On Friday, we closed all locations and wrapped up our All-Stars Week with our annual All-Staff Meeting. More than 200+ employees of CareerSource Central Florida gathered under one roof to listen to speakers, discuss our accomplishments throughout the year, dive deeper into the organizations North Star Vision and most importantly… got to know each other better. We truly had an excellent time being led by our impressive host, Jane Trnka, CSCF Board Member and Executive Director at Crummer School of Business – Her charisma, sense of humor and dancing was unmatched. We’d also like to send a special shout out to Richard Sweat, CSCF Board Member and President at .decimal, who delivered an impactful speech about his less-than-perfect journey to success. He opened up and shared vulnerable parts of his life’s journey with our staff and concluded with a generous donation of $15,000 to our youth program!
The 2019 All-Staff Meeting was definitely one for the books and like our President and CEO Pam Nabors pointed out – “if you laugh, you think, and you cry, that’s a full day. –Jim Valvano”.
