We love this! Recently, Johnny Robinson was a homeless veteran for several months. The Supportive Services for Veteran Families program (SSVF) helped him stabilize his living situation, but they required him to find a job in order to stay in their program.
He was referred to Omar Roberts who assisted him with his resume and advised him on how best to market himself to employers in a job interview. Mr. Robinson’s resume was reviewed by Joanne Gott, who advocated on his behalf with American Builders Supply (ABS). ABS brought him for an interview and was hired as a delivery driver for them! Omar and Joanne’s teamwork is the reason for this success!
