Arnaldo Reyes is a US Army Veteran, who after returning from active duty overseas, moved his family from New Jersey to Sanford. He found it challenging finding employment during his reintegration to civilian life. His previous employment background was in IT with an emphasis on cybersecurity. He began working with CareerSource’s Seminole center to build his resume and begin the job hunt.

Within a few weeks he was interviewing and eventually accepted an employment offer with Phoenix Logistic Incorporated as an IT System Specialist with a starting, annual salary of $59,000.
