Career services available:
If you need to conduct self-service activities like job searching or filing re-employment claims
with the Department of Economic Opportunity, walk-ins are welcomed at our Career Centers. Please
note the DEO system is currently experiencing delays and connectivity issues. Although CareerSource
Central Florida is not the unemployment office, we support DEO by helping individuals access the
re-employment assistance program to file an initial claim for reemployment assistance benefits or
use a computer to log weeks via the CONNECT system. Thank you in advance for your patience and
understanding as you may encounter delays when accessing the reemployment assistance system.
