Training Requirements
Florida’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), often referred to as Food Stamps, requires that individuals aged 18–59 must participate in the SNAP Employment and Training (E&T) Program (80 hours/month) as mandatory work participants. The goal of the SNAP E&T program is to help unemployed recipients of food assistance benefits find work. CareerSource Central Florida oversees the SNAP E&T program in Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Sumter Counties in partnership with FloridaCommerce.

Once you have been referred to the SNAP E&T program, you must complete the following steps to maintain eligibility for food stamp assistance.
Step 1:
Log into the One-Stop Service Tracking Center (OSST Client Website).
Step 2:
You will complete the steps below; once you have completed a step, you will receive a green check mark ✓ as seen in the image.
If you need assistance accessing the Internet or using a computer, please visit your nearest CareerSource Central Florida Career Center to complete the required modules.
