From large-scale county investments to sustained corporate sponsorships, each partnership reflects a common commitment: building a stronger, more resilient workforce for the businesses and communities we serve.
Orange County Government
Orange County Government awarded CareerSource Central Florida $10 million through the Level Up Orange initiative, demonstrating its strong commitment to workforce development and economic opportunity. Through this investment, we helped over 4,000 Orange County residents impacted by COVID-19 access career training, workforce services, and employment opportunities that led to long-term economic mobility. The grant supported innovative workforce initiatives, expanded employer partnerships, and created new pathways into high-demand careers.
Programs launched and expanded through this initiative included the Public Sector Academy, which introduced young adults to careers in public service, and our Summer Youth Program, providing students with hands-on work experience, career exploration, and connections to local employers. The initiative also strengthened STEM career pathways, internships, and specialized workforce services for veterans, justice-involved individuals, and individuals with unique abilities.
By investing in talent development and employer engagement, Level Up Orange helped connect thousands of residents to training, employment, and career advancement opportunities across Orange County.
JPMorganChase
CareerSource Central Florida’s Semiconductor Workforce Development Program (SWDP), made possible through the generous $500,000 investment from JPMorgan Chase is strengthening the region’s talent pipeline to support the growing semiconductor and advanced manufacturing industries. Through employer partnerships, technical training, internships, career readiness services, and community outreach, the program is preparing workers for high-demand STEM careers while increasing awareness of opportunities in the semiconductor sector.
Currently in progress and exceeding early milestones, the program has achieved more than half of its training goals ahead of Year 2, connected participants to hands-on industry experiences, and facilitated employment opportunities with leading semiconductor and technology employers. By aligning workforce development with industry demand, SWDP is helping build askilled, diverse workforce that will supportinnovation and economicgrowth across Central Florida.
AdventHealth
CareerSource Central Florida is proud to partner with AdventHealth on the Meeting the Need: Advancing Vital Healthcare Careers initiative, a workforce development program designed to strengthen Central Florida’s healthcare talent pipeline and address critical workforce shortages.
Thanks to AdventHealth’s generous $350,000 investment over three years, the program is creating pathways into high-demand healthcare careers through training, certifications, and career advancement opportunities. The initiative has already successfully delivered training and certifications for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), as well as phlebotomy training for participants seeking careers in healthcare. Additional Community Health Worker training cohorts are planned as the program continues, further expanding access to essential healthcare professions and strengthening the region’s healthcare workforce. The program is on track to serving over 100 individuals.

Addition Financial
Addition Financial Credit Union’s continued partnership has helped expand career opportunities for thousands of local students. As a recurring sponsor of our youth programs, their contributions have helped make it possible to serve more than 3,000 students through our High School Career Express and Summer Youth programs, providing hands-on career exploration and meaningful work-based learning experiences. In addition, Addition Financial has served as the presenting sponsor of our annual fundraising and recognition event for the past two years, as well as our Pouring with a Purpose events. Their ongoing partnership plays a vital role in expanding opportunities for local students and strengthening the future workforce.
Lake County Government
o Lake County Government’s $360,000 investment in the Future Ready Lake program is helping prepare residents for in-demand careers. This initiative supports occupational skills training and credential attainment across five targeted industries, helping prepare residents for long-term economic mobility. The program serves 55 individuals through training opportunities and provides financial support to reduce barriers to participation for an additional 25 individuals, ensuring greater access to career development services. Lake County’s commitment plays a vital role in expanding opportunity and strengthening the regional talent pipeline.
Seminole County Government
o Seminole County Government has made a sustained investment in workforce development, including a $150,000 award in 2026 and funding in previous years to expand career opportunities for local residents. This continued partnership supports the implementation of a Public Sector Academy cohort serving 30 young people, introducing them to a wide range of careers in public service. In addition, Seminole County’s investment helps deliver three Access to Career Pathways cohorts designed for veterans, justice-involved individuals, older or encore workers, and neurodivergent participants, expanding access to meaningful employment opportunities while strengthening career readiness and inclusive talent development across the region.

She earned a Web Development and Computer Programming certificate from Valencia Community College. Dionne continued her educational goals, and she is only two classes away from earning her A.S. degree in Computer Programming.
