CareerSource Central Florida (CSCF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting career seekers to meaningful jobs and cultivating skilled talent for businesses through exploration, engagement and valuable experiences. Serving communities across Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Sumter counties, CSCF puts a focus on matching local talent with businesses to ensure the workforce in our communities is strong and businesses can thrive.
CSCF serves as a partner for businesses by offering talent recruitment services, facilitating job fairs and hiring events and providing labor market information, and training and upskilling programs at no cost to them. Businesses have access to a dedicated team who works diligently to evaluate their necessities and find the right services to help their business grow and make informed decisions in the future.

CareerSource Central Florida (CSCF) services include screening and hiring talent, employee training and education, paid internships and no cost skills training and education programs. In fiscal year 2023-2024, CSCF served more than 46,000 career seekers and 4,078 businesses. It has placed more than 6,400 individuals in jobs and helped advance skills for more than 1,864 career seekers across Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake and Sumter counties.
