CareerSource Central Florida (CSCF) is expanding its reach across the region and creating more opportunities for Central Florida residents with the launch of several new Community Hubs. The Hubs, created in partnership with local educational institutions and community organizations, are designed to bring workforce services directly into the communities they serve.

The concept is simple but impactful: meet people where they are. By embedding career services in trusted, high-traffic locations like Seminole State College, Valencia College campuses, the Boys & Girls Clubs, and the Tangelo Park Community Center, CSCF is reducing barriers and creating more convenient entry points to employment resources. In Sumter County, a dedicated hub serves Veterans, ensuring they receive the tailored support and opportunities they have earned.

Each Community Hub provides services including career coaching, job readiness support, resume assistance, and training opportunities. Whether it is a student on campus, a career seeker, business or a Veteran preparing for civilian life, these hubs make it easier to access job and training support right where they are.
