New workforce program opens doors for Seminole County residents
A new opportunity is now available to help Seminole County residents take the next step in their careers. CareerSource Central Florida’s, Access to Career Pathways program provides access to career possibilities through career exploration, education, skills training, and personalized solutions.
Funded by Seminole County, Access to Career Pathways is open to all Seminole County residents. After the 4-week academy, participants will earn the Florida Ready to Work certification and meet employers ready to hire at a dedicated job fair.
Learning topics include:
Resume building and interview skills
Financial literacy
Job search assistance & strategies
The program’s broad reach helps strengthen the local workforce and ensures that employers have access to a larger pool of skilled, motivated candidates ready to meet today’s labor market demands.
